Vendakkai Vendekkai Bindi Lady’s fingers ~ About 20 cut into 1cm pieces horizontally ~ check for worms in the lady’s fingers just to be safe

Three/Four spoons of sour curds ? buttermilk

Coconu\Oil Refined Oil three to four tablespoons depeding upon how oily you want it to be.

Salt to Taste

Water as required

 

Cut the ladie’s fingers as mentioned above. If possible Keep it smeared little sour curds and keep it for an hour or two. This is to get the gooey feeling to go off

Get a metal tava non stick preferably ~ Pour the oil and let it get heated and fume. Add the pieces of Ladie’s fingers and lower the flame and keep the tava stirred with a large spatula steel or wooden.

Keep about 1/4 tumbler water with salt 1/2 to 1 teaspoon mixed ready. Sprinkle it on the frying lady’s fingers and stir with the spatula.

Cover the tava with a lid let it cook for about five minutes occassionally checking and stirring.
