I had read the Ishavaasyopanishad  Mantra-(s)

“tad-ejati tannaijati tad-doore tadvantike tadanatrasaya

sarvasya tadu sarvasyaasya baahyatha:”    

[“It moves It moves Not It Is far It is near It is inside all Yet It is outside all too.”] 

and

“tad daavathonyaan atyethi tishtaththasminnapo maatharishva dhathaati !”   

[“It outstrips all that runs by merely standing By Its command the divine becoming is ever supported !”]  

I had enough awareness growing in me to understand Brahman as an All Pervasive entity near and far inside and outside all. I could literally perceive it everywhere all over.

But the second mantram flabbergasted me ! I could not possibly even imagine it.

I had kept this in my mind for many years and sometime in the early 1990s

I had this remarkable dream.

I was in a saffron meta space where clad in white I was floating(flying) , in Brahman with three or four [ I think four ] sages in saffron robes. Time and space   did not exist there so to say. It was an immortal Loka (Cosmos) of   Paramahamsa-s.

We were just floating together when suddenly one of them told me,

‘Naaraayana Why don’t you show us “tad daavathonyaan atyethi tishtath ?”’  

I agreed and  asked them to float(fly) on,  in   the Infinite saffron space without seams.   

I stopped and let them fly far far away. I had  not moved from my position. Then suddenly I outrun them and I am ahead of them although I have still not moved from my position! ~ Then we all laugh !!

Thus I had my divine identity I became IT, The Brahman !

daavathonyaan athyaamyaham sadaa tishtan

I outstrip all that runs always merely standing
