This work was done around 1999. I later sent it to “The Indian Academy of Mathematics” and “LMS” for possible formal publication. The Indian Academy  returned one copy. They have retained the other copies. The"LMS"  clerk woman wrote a nasty rejection slip and the Manuscripts were never returned.

This actually deeply surprised me since the results presented in this paper are phenomenal though elementary and foundational
